Shade 1-on-1 Training is offering an exceptional program focused on preparing high school athletes for the upcoming fall soccer season. Both male and female returning high school athletes and rising 9th graders are welcomed to our 8 week program.

What to expect at training:
Our primary goal is to develop awareness, foot dexterity and first touch on the ball. All of these skills will be present at every session. Our goal is to improve each of these skills through a variety of challenging drills.
