Player Registration including payment must be completed no later than 11:59PM Tuesday October 10th
IMPORTANT - PLAYER PARTICIPATION WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED:
The Consent and Liability Waiver - Release of all claims - MUST be signed for each player in attendance as part of their registration in order to participate. This form can be electronically signed at the following link: https://form.jotform.com/220716700213038
