Small Group Sessions

1 Coach & 2-4 Athletes

-Sessions tailored to beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups.

-3 month program: players meet once a week for 12 weeks.

-1 hour per session.

-Programs run during the start of the fall, winter, spring, and summer seasons.

-All concepts will be presented through a variety of drills and small sided games.

-Players will be challenged to answer guided questions throughout all sessions to ensure engagement and to maximize comprehension of the information being presented.
